Reminder that there will be no school December 20th-January 4th. Have a wonderful winter break, and see you next year!

Attention Panther Hoops Captains: Your rosters and your money need to be turned in to Mr. Carver or Ms. Abplanalp in the bookstore by TODAY.
 
Seniors - if you have not already ordered your cap and gown through Josten's please do so before the end of the year.  The price of the cap and gown will increase in January.  
 
Are you finishing up your holiday shopping? Come by the Fiber Arts Club, holiday craft sale during lunch and after school today to purchase crafts and baked goods from South student artists. 
 

Calling All Panther Poets! It's time for the 13th Annual Bloomington High School South Poetry Out Loud Competition! Our school competition will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 27th. You get to memorize and recite two poems, have the chance to go to the State Competition, plus maybe even the National Finals in Washington DC with the chance to win up to $20,000 dollars! Yes, believe it or not, poetry does pay! There are still a few spots open for the epic BHSS trip to Japan - The Land of the Rising Sun- in June of 2027. This would certainly be the gift of a lifetime for any young person wishing to travel.
